Service Description

To secure your dates, a 50$ nonrefundable deposit is required. Payment for your dogs stay is due upon drop off.  Cancellations received less than 48hrs prior to first day of boarding will be billed a 10% cancellation fee. Boarding clients will receive updates with photos on how their pet is doing once a day. If clients would like to receive more than one update a day, they can upgrade to the Dog Boarding Deluxe Package (For a additional $5.00 you will receive a detailed report card and an additional photo of your pet). Unless there are special circumstances that are discussed prior to booking or in a emergency, please refrain from asking for updates before they are provided, as I will be busy taking care of all guests.   You can email Tabatha@cuddlesandcuts.com at anytime to check on your pups or arrange a time for a personal call.  All emails will be monitored and answered by the end of the day. Otherwise, pictures of the dogs during play group may be posted on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter as time allows. During the holidays, I do my best to get everyone posted on our social media platforms.  I try to post once per week. While I do take care of your pups on the weekends, my office hours are Monday through Friday only for phone and emails. All weekend arrivals must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by 12pm on Friday. Please do not arrive over the weekend without a scheduled appointment. Thank you for understanding.
